Membership
In order to foster the unique culture of The Baron’s Men and to thank its longstanding participants who have contributed to the troupe over time, the status and title of Sharer in The Baron’s Men has been created. “Sharer” was the title given to members of Elizabethan theater troupes who held a stake or a “share” in the troupe. Sharers are divided into three categories:
Founding Sharers: the small circle of people who started the group and moved us from small private performances to full length Elizabethan Theater productions. The Founding Sharers are:

Sharers of The Baron’s Men are selected from Players who have been involved in several productions in several different capacities and have embraced our core values of Historic Authenticity, Performing Excellence, and Troupe Fellowship. Sharers have generally set themselves forth in the troupe, taking active positions on committees, attending board meetings and troupe social functions, as well as working on fund raising efforts, research, show production or education. Candidates for sharers are evaluated twice per year by the board of directors and admitted on a majority vote. The current sharers are:

Alumni Sharers are sharers that for whatever reason- school, career, children, or physical distance- have had to curtail their activity with us for a time. Regardless of their reasons for inactivity, they are still considered members of The Baron’s Men family. Alumni Sharers are:
