Living History and Original Practices

With roots in several different reenactment organizations, history is one of The Baron’s Men’s chief concerns.  We strive to revive as much of the original staging conditions as possible.  From costume to choreography, music to makeup, dance to delivery, our troupe is constantly researching and refining our performances to achieve a stage experience that can transport our audiences back in time, reviving Shakespeare’s texts and making them relevant and engaging for our audiences
