How to Donate

The Baron’s Men is covered under the GACA 501c3 non-profit status and as such, your donations to us aid both our effort in the Austin arts community and ease your tax burden. Please send any cash donations by check made out to “Greater Austin Creative Alliance- The Baron’s Men” to the following mailing address and we will insure you receive a proper receipt promptly:

Donations in Kind

A second option for those interested in donating to The Baron’s Men is to donate physical items we need to put on our shows. Consult the list below and contact us if you can fulfill one of these important physical needs:

Material for Costuming- linen in white or black, silk in any color, and buckram. White linen is our most needed item.
Material for Sets- canvas, paint, brushes, screws (phillips in 1.5 inch or 3 inches), gift cards to Home Depot or Lowes, 18v electric drill, sawzall, circular saw, jig saw.
Material for Lighting Projects- insulated copper wire in 18ga., LEDs, commercial grade outdoor lighting.
Leather- vegetable/oak tanned hide, gift cards to Tandy’s Leather Supply.
Period Shoes- 16th century shoes in men’s sizes 8-13 and women’s sizes 5-10 in black, brown, natural, or red.
